What Floats Your Goat?

Yep, you read that right. =)  Isn't this just a darling stamp?!?  It makes me smile.  This funny adorable goat is part of one of the new digital sets from Doodle Pantry called Float Yer Goat.  You gotta check it out!  It comes with 2 different images, 6 sentiments, 3 different papers, they all come in outline or colored.  Something more exciting is this set is free right now with any Doodle Pantry purchase!

This isn't my style at all but I did have fun making this card.  I have to tell you though those orange dots are calling for pearls to be placed in the center of them. I guess that's how my cards progress they call to me. =) I used several Stampin' Up items that I purchased a while back for this card.  I used the stamp set Family Reunion for the sentiments.  The flower pots and leaves are from the stamp Packed For Mom.  I also used the Adorning Accents Edgelits and the embossing folder that goes with it.  The flower buttons are also from Stampin' Up.  How fun to use the stuff you have been holding on to.

Have you seen the Bugs and Blooms digital set from Clear Dollar Stamps yet?  This was just released last month and I haven't gotten to color it up yet so I took advantage of that tonight. =)  My crafting time is sparse lately so I'm enjoying it tonight.

Book Ants for the Teacher

Hope your Monday is going great!  I squeezed in some craft time so my Monday is great now!! =)  I made a teacher project with the Book Ants from Doodle Pantry.  They are being offered in color this month.  The sentiment is also from the set and is a little hard to read, it says "For my teacher".  The "T" is covered by the apple charm and I didn't notice until after I uploaded the picture.  This little pad is about 5 inches tall and 3 inches wide.  I purchased it from Michaels from the $1. bins. 

                            This is the pad without the new front.  The deer is in orange.  Yuck, who would purchase that?  Me so I can cover it up. =)

Send A Smile 4 Kids new challenge

This challenge over at Send A Smile 4 Kids we want to celebrate the girls!  We have three really fun sponsors this challenge and some great prizes to give away.  For my card I used an image from Sassy Cheryls.  On my card I put the sentiment "blow" although I think if I was her mom I would probably be saying spit that bubble on the ground before it pops and makes a giant mess.  That was one thing with boys I never had a problem with gum in the hair. =)

New challenge at Sketches by Carly

New stamps from Doodle Pantry!

It's August 1st so that means new stamps at Doodle Pantry. Yeah!!  The set I am showing off is called "Winter Worm".  Does this totally adorable worm remind you of someone?  Ralphie!!  Do you remember the scene from A Christmas Story?  I just love that Christmas movie so I am totally in love with this funny set.  The sentiment is "Don't double-dog dare me".  We all know what that means, you just can't back down from a double dog dare. =)  This worm is so cute and I fell in love with his fun sweater too.  This set also comes colored and Laurie has made the sweater striped in that.  Aww!
