Send A Smile 4 Kids. You all know how dear that is to my heart so I wanted to join right in. Their challenge is also called "Holiday Wishes" the same as ours over at the
Send A Smile 4 Kids Challenge blog. We are wanting to make sure every child in our hospitals receive a Christmas card this year. So in order to get that accomplished we need your help.
