Meet Mr. Gnome

Have you meet Mr. Gnome?  He is from Digital Delights.  He is from a release last summer but this is the first time I have used him.  You know how that is. =)

The sketch for this card is from Sketch Saturday.  At My Mum's Craft Shop they wanted us to use the great outdoors.  In the US people put these Gnomes out in their yards and gardens.  They are really cute little characters.  Thanks so much for stopping by!

One quick card to show you before I'm off for the evening.  This card is using the new set from Doodle Pantry called Ant Accents.  You know Laurie's Ants, they are always up to something.  This is a set that you can add them to any other stamp set you have.  There are several different poses and new sentiments.  This sentiment and ants were already made up as part of the set.  I thought the sentiment was just fun!

Clown Birdie for a Birthday

This adorable clown is part of a new digital stamp set from Doodle Pantry this month.  If you know Laurie's stamps you will recognize this fun birdie all dressed up like a clown.  The set is called Clown Birdie.  I then added the balloons and the sentiment from the Birthday Accessories set.  I totally loved coloring this little cutie.  But, you know me brights are my colors. =)

Still having fun in my craft room. =)  It's been a great day for me.  The card below uses a very old stamp set from Clear Dollar Stamps.  I must also add this is the first time I have inked it up.  Only because there just isn't enough crafting time in a day.  I know you are agreeing with me.  The strawberry and cherry stamp are part of a set called "Lip Gloss Fun".  The sweet sentiment is from another set from Clear Dollar Stamps, but sorry it is no longer available.

Vintage Bicycle in Bright Colors

Finally a couple of hours to myself.  This afternoon has been fun for me.  When I saw this color combo in a challenge I thought of this bike set right away.  Not too sure why because this is the Vintage Bicycle set from Doodle Pantry.  I was just drawn to color them bright and do the three together.  I know wierd - but that is me. =)

Yeah, it's time for another fun sketch.  Have you been over to Sketches by Carly?  Last week we started this totally fun sketch.  Today I am showing you my card for the sketch.  Isn't this fun turtle just so cute?!?  Carly also created this fun little creature.  The set is called "Colorful Turtles" and she is selling this set at Carly's Digi Shop.  I used the non-colored image and had some fun!  I just love the color combo of pink and brown.

Dylan and his new friend

Do you need a boy card for any occasion?  Dylan could fit your need.  He is totally adorable and lots of fun to color up not to mention his totally adorable green friend.  Dylan is from Digital Delights.  The frog and wall are also from Digital Delights they are part of a set called Dylan Accessories Set.  He not only has a frog for a friend but also a spider and a snail.  Perfect friends for happy boys.  My boys loved anything that moved and was slimmy.  That's a mom's point of view.  I can't even tell you how many times I heard "guess what I found mom". =)  If you have boys you know what I am talking about.

Digi Release Day for Clear Dollar Stamps

Hi all!  Hope everyone is doing well.  We have had rain the last couple days here in Iowa.  That is a great sign of spring for us.  Today is the digital stamp release day from Clear Dollar Stamps.  This month they are releasing 9 brand new stamp sets.  They are also releasing three older poly stamps into digital form.  The first set I have to show you is called "Special Lady".  This is a beautiful lady set.  Perfect for the upcoming Mother's day holiday.

 The next set I used is a set called "Daisies for Her".  This set is just adorable.  All kinds of bunches and single daisies to use however you would like.  I choose just to use one of the generic sentiments from both of these sets to show that are for everyday cards also.

Blog Hop day for Clear Dollar Stamps

Are you read for a fun hop?  I hope so because today is the April hop for Clear Dollar Stamps.  This month our theme is We're Not Horsin' Around.  We are featuring our Charlie and Charliene stamps.  If you have come from our wonderful Lisa's Blog than you are on the right track.  If not, you will want to start over at the Clearly iStamp Blog so you don't miss anything.  I choose the stamp set called Charlie Summer Fun.  With this set you will receive this Charlie with the floatie around his waist and Charliene relaxing in a lawn chair, plus 6 different sentiments.

Have you meet Dotty and Smarto Dog?

Have you meet Dotty or Smarto Dog yet?  They are part of this month's release from Digital Delights.  Aren't they just darling.  Usually I match my paper then start coloring.  Well, this time I did it backwards for me and I paid the price.  I colored my image first.  I knew I wanted Dotty's dress done in navy and white.  Well, navy is a very hard paper to match from all the paper I have to choose from.  This paper is a wood look in navy so I went with it.

Meet Scardy Cat from Digital Delights

Thai Dragon Fruit

I gotta admit when I saw this stamp set I was so confused!!  We don't see any Thai Dragon Fruit in the produce section of our grocery stores in Iowa. =)  This is a new set from Doodle Pantry it is called Thai Dragon Fruit.  There is also a colored version of the stamp.  Pink and green just like mine.  I thought that couldn't be right so I googled it.  Well, that is what it looks like.  I love pink and green together so I got excited.  I know goofy, oh well.  I obviously have never eaten one of these since I didn't even know they exhisted until now.  I would love to hear from someone who has tried it and what it takes like!!  Please fill me in. =)
