Thank You gift

I have a thank you gift idea to show you today.  I purchased these Lindor Truffle bags from our Dollar Tree.  There is 3 truffles in the bag for $1.00.  I have to admit that I purchased all that the store had.  I knew I would use them someway. Such a nice little gift to give away.  The topper is from Digital Delights and I think she is just adorable.  She is called Gingerbread Topper she is part of a 4 character set called Christmas Toppers #2.  This turned out so cute I will probably be making more to give away.  They are just so fun.

Life's short...

Usually I'm not real chatty about my projects and cards but I have to chat this one up.  I had so much fun making this.  I made this as an ornament that could be hung on the Christmas tree. I used my sewing machine to sew on the pocket and across the top to hold the ribbon in place so it will hang on the tree.  I printed the coffee cup on coordinating paper so very little time was spent coloring.   In the little pocket will be a gift card for a local coffee shop.  My thought was to make this for one girlfriend that is a coffee nut but, I had so much fun making this that several people are going to be getting one of these cuties males and females.  The coffee cup and perfect sentiment are from Doodle Pantry, the set is called Coffee and Biscotti. This project came together so quickly and was well worth the time.  I know several people will enjoy this as a gift.

This fun card is made my using a set from Doodle Pantry called Holly Days.  I just love this tree.  This is a set that Clear Dollar Stamps first released, Laurie the owner of Doodle Pantry got the set back to sell when Clear Dollar Stamps closed.  I was excited to see I could use it again.

Tonight I have a clean and simple Thanksgiving card to show you.  I thought I would be adding a lot more bling at the beginning but decided against, which is a change for me.  This beautiful but simple sentiment is from a digital stamp set from Doodle Pantry called Harvest Bounty.  The set has 3 images and 6 sentiments.  You can purchase a colored version of the images and that set also comes with 3 digital papers.

Have you heard of Operation Write Home?  You can find out all about this wonderful organization by clicking on their name above.  Laurie at Doodle Pantry and made two brand new digital stamp sets.  She is selling them together right now for only $5.00 and she is donating 70% of the sales back to the OWH organization.  For my card the Lion is from the With Heart set and the sentiment is from the Missing You set.  At OWH they say they need to receive more "missing you" cards, so that is what these sets are aimed for.  They are both so cute and you will want them both.

Today I am the guest designer over at Digital Delights.  WooHoo!  I got to choose any stamp I wanted to work with and I choose this cutie.  His name is Joyful Joey.  He has such a sweet face.  Thanks so much for the opportunity gals!

Fall is here

As I worked on this card tonight my whole attitude improved.  Not sure if it needed improving but this card sure did make me smile.  I loved working with the layout and this image was great to work with.  You probably recognize this adorable little ant from Doodle Pantry.  This leaf, ant, and sentiment are part of a digital stamp set called Falling Ants.  It was released last fall but perfect to bring back with all the wind we have been having here lately.

New digital stamps at Doodle Pantry

Yep, it's November 1st already.  The fun thing about a new month starting is that Laurie has a new digital stamp release at Doodle Pantry.  This month she is releasing 7 new digital sets and 4 SVG file sets.  I have used two of the new sets to make my card for today's release.  The barrels came from a set called Wild West Watering Hole and the Sheriff badge and sentiment came from a set called Old West Sheriff.  Both of these sets make great male cards for any ages.
