"Olive" you!

Oh My Land!  I have two great digital stamp sets to show off today!  The first set is called "Olive You" the other set is called "Bottles and Jars" they are both from Doodle Pantry.  As you can see I combined the two sets.  Now I want to eat olives?!?  I use the program Microsoft Office Word to combine the two sets.  This card was so much fun to also color up.

I had to show you the inside of my card because I just love the olives on the toothpick too.  You gotta check these sets out!  The Olive set comes with 4 different digi papers, 2 olive images, 6 sentiments, plus the olives come colored in green olives and ripe olives.

Another sympathy card

I made another sympathy card this evening.  I am not sure what one I am going to give away.  I went with two completely different looks and not I can't decide.  I'll sleep on it and take another look at them in the morning. =) For this card I used a digital set from Clear Dollar Stamps called Endless Beginnings. This beautiful set comes with 11 different sentiments and this beautiful dove.  The dove comes colored or in outline form.

Sympathy Card

I find sympathy cards are the hardest to make.  I'm sure you think the same.  You want to make sure you say the right things at such a difficult time in a persons life.  This card is going to a friend who just lost her grandpa.  I thought I would go simple with the saying.  This sentiment is part of a free Sympathy Sentiments digital set from Doodle Pantry.  The beautiful dies are from my December crafting kit from Amazing Paper Grace.

Girlie Heels!

I am a total shoe freak and I am very happy to announce that I am sharing this love with my granddaughter.  She is being taught well.  But, I do have to say I didn't learn it from a stranger - my mother is worse than I am.  As I was growing up I wanted to be a shoe model, just so I could try on shoes all day.  The perfect job!!  I just love coloring all the high heels from Bugaboo Stamps.  This one is called Heels - Daisy. So much fun.

Little Town of Bethlehem

Snow Angel Ants

Release day at Clear Dollar Stamps

Yeah, it's digital release day at Clear Dollar Stamps!  Today they are releasing 14 new sets.  How fun is that!  For my first card for the release I choose to work with Little Chickie.  This little guy is just totally adorable!  If you are a fan of Clear Dollar Stamps on facebook you have already seen this card.  This set was release a couple years ago in rubber form now we have it in the digi form.  You know me and word play sentiments so I knew this was the one to be featured on my card.

New Butterfly

I have to admit this is the worst start to a new year that I have ever had.  Everything seems to be going wrong.  Anyway, I have decided to change my attitude about everything.  Just the the Serenity Prayer, I am the only thing I can change.  Today I decorated a new journal. New attitude for a new journal.   Sounds good huh??  I used a digital set from Clear Dollar Stamps and it is called New Butterfly.  Perfect name to go with the new attitude.  The flower also comes with the set.  The butterfly also comes closed up separately also landing on the flower.  The set also come with four sentiments.

Below is a picture of the journal before I decorated it.  I purchased it last year after Christmas and it has been sitting around on a shelf in my craft room.  I think I paid 25cents for it.  Gotta love that! =)

Puppy Hello

Ever have a card that sits on your desk and just can't get put together?  This is what happened to this card.  Just couldn't pull enough time at one sitting to get him all colored and glued.  Finally he is all done and I think he is happy. =)  This adorable little guy is from Bugaboo Stamps.  He is Rottweiler Puppy - hello.  I'm always needing more boy cards to send to the hospitals and this will be one of them.

New cravings for the new year

What is new in your life now that the new year has begun?  I know two gals that are having babies this summer so I thought I'd take advantage of some crafting time and make them cards.  I used the digital stamp set from Doodle Pantry called Crazy Cravings.  I gotta say this is the first time I have colored a pickle. =)  This set is just adorable and perfect for any new mommy to be.

I am also showing you the inside of this card because I printed the pickle larger the first time but it was just too big for the front of the card so I placed it on the inside.  The front just gets a little pickle.  A mommy to be will eat any size pickle available.

Happy Vacation

I have a friend leaving for vacation on Monday.  She is so excited and I can't say I blame her.  This is the card I am giving her along with a bracelet that is so out of her comfort zone.  But, hey your on vacation, that's what I am going to tell her give it a try. =)  The  digital stamp set is from Clear Dollar Stamps.  It is called Are We There Yet.  The name reminds of vacationing with our kids.  You too??

Valentines for Send A Smile 4 Kids

Have you seen this set of penguins released in December from Clear Dollar Stamps?  They are so adorable and this is the first time I have had to color them up.  These cuties were made by Lisa Lara and she called the set Pal Penguins.  In the set there are three penguins stacked on top of each other.  I used the bottom two for my card.  My sentiment came from a different digital set called Brrrthday Snowman, also from Clear Dollar Stamps.  Lisa did include a sentiment very similar to the one I used however, the happy is sideways so I pulled this from another set.  You know how I love goofy sentiments so this one is perfect for me.

Moo Sheep

Happy New Years Day!  Today we have a new release at Doodle Pantry!  Today I have a card using the set Moo Sheep.  How funny is this!  The set comes with this one image, 8 sentiments, and 3 papers.  The image also comes colored in black and brown spots.
