Happy Friday everyone!  Today starts another challenge over at Sketches by Carly.  Below I have used the sketch.  Do you recognize the image I choose to use?  If not, you need to hop on over to Carly's Cuties!!!  This summer Carly has add girls to her stamp sets. Through the month of September they are offering a free matching digi paper to go with these fun sets.  These little young ladies are perfect for the preteen.  This little cutie is called Birthday Allison.  I paper pieced her shirt and balloons.

It's a Birthday - Let's Celebrate!

 Ever feel this way on your birthday?  Probably from eating cake or pie and ice cream  not cheese.  This is the Quirky Mouse from Doodle Pantry.  I added his birthday hat, balloon, and sentiment from the Birthday Accessories set.  Looks like this little fella had a great birthday!  It makes me smile.

Gingerbread Ants

The Ants at Doodle Pantry are at it again.  This set has them making a gingerbread cookie - and one is helping himself to a bite.  The Doodle Pantry stamps are always so much fun and this is that too.  The set is called Gingerbread Ants.

Halloween Treat Box

This afternoon I made this treat box for Halloween.  This adorable little bear in his Halloween costume was an image I won from Robyn's Fetish.  This cutie is titled "Bearly A Pumpkin".  The die I used to make this treat box is from Stampin' Up.  This will be a cute little gift to give to my granddaughter in her Halloween bag.

Sympathy Card

I don't like to make sympathy cards at all, but who does.  I need one right now for a cousin who's boyfriend was killed in a car accident.  I used the Christian Sympathy digital stamp set just released this month from Clear Dollar Stamps.  The butterflies are also from Clear Dollar Stamps.  That is an acrylic set called Beautiful Butterflies it is an old set.

Friends and Flowers

I'm gonna admit to officially being out of control of my own crafting.  I have to tell you this card started out as a clean and simple card.  I just can't stop myself.  Junky is officially my style - I admit it.  I used a fabric flower that I made months ago for a swap.  It is made with denim and tulle with a pearl and ribbon center.  I found the tutorial on you tube.  The sentiment is the one that I just received from Crackerbox Rubber Stamps as a prize and it went perfectly with the fabric flower.

Happy Anniversary

Hehe!  Don't you just giggle at Bugaboo Stamps.  I made this card for my mom and dad.  Their anniversary is Monday.  They will be married 46 years.  High School Sweethearts.  Awww!  I just got this stamp and sentiment from Bugaboo so I could make this special card for them.  The ribbon is velvet - gotta dress up this couple. =)  They will get a kick out of it.

Friends are like flowers...

I haven't been able to squeeze any creative time this week so I really enjoyed my time this afternoon.  Isn't it funny how you long to get crafting! =)  This beautiful friends sentiment is from Crackerbox Palace Rubber Stamps.  I won the stamp! Yeah!!  The stamp is called Friends Like Flowers.  Hop on over to the Crackerbox blog.  All you need to do is comment and they pick a random person to win one of their stamps.  The layout is from the group Stampin' Friends that I am taking classes right now and this is a sketch challenge they are hosting.

Blog Hop Day at Clear Dollar Stamps

Are you ready for a fun blog hop?  For the month of August our theme for the Clear Dollar Stamps hop is Sentiments only - no images.  Have you come from the wonderful blog of Jen?  If so, then you are in the right place.  If not, you will want to start over at the Clearly iStamp blog.  You won't want to miss out on any of these wonderful ideas!  To make my card I used the new digital set just released from Clear Dollar Stamps called Birthday Celebration.  I made a shaker box with gold glitter inside to match the glitter and sparkle on my paper (which is hard to see in the picture).  Inside the box says "make a wish" and inside the easel card says "Happy Birthday may all your wishes come true".  I thought that was perfect for a fun birthday easel card.

Smile = love

Clear Dollar Stamps Digital Release Day!

Yeah, it's digital release day at Clear Dollar Stamps!  I always get excited about this day of the month!  The first card I have to show you today uses a set called Back To School.  I just loved this fat pencil.  This is a fun set and lots you can do with it!

My second project for today is showing off the new set called Baby.  I just loved this bottle and made it into a shower invitation.  This could easy be made also into a girl bottle invitation.  

 The inside invitation is also part of the set.  It worked perfectly.

I would like to submit this card into the Use Your Stuff Challenge.  The ribbons are from my scrap ribbon box and I have had the baby feet charm for about a year.  I would also like to submit this card into the Twisted Tuesday challenge they are looking for mostly blue with one other color so my baby boy bottle invite worked great.  I think I tend to always do boy things is because that is what I raised.  I find boy things so much easier. =)  Now you can hop on over to the Clearly iStamp blog and see all the new set being released today!!

The smells of fall

I'm not trying to wish summer away but with all the heat we have had this summer I am really going to enjoy fall.  I love the smells of fall.  This card reminds me of that so much.  This is a digital set from Clear Dollar Stamps called Sweet and Spicy.  I printed the image on the polka dot paper and cut out the cup.  This would be a fun mug to drink hot apple cider from for fall.

Isn't this just a hoot!!!  I love it!  I have to tell you I am getting so addicted to Lisa's stamps at Clear Dollar Stamps!  This set is called Bumbles.  The card I posted yesterday is also using one of Lisa's sets.  Go on over and check her out.  She is very whimsical.  I have always loved her creativity in her cards and now her stamps are just the topping on the cake!  I'm always excited to see what she comes up with next!

Precious Little One

Hope your Saturday is going well.  Mine has had a very bad start so it can only get better from here. =)  I really enjoyed making this card today.  It used the new digital set from Doodle Pantry, where else would you see those darling ants. The set is called Crescent Moon.  I think it is a very sweet set.  You can only get this set right now from playing with us at the Doodle Pantry challenge!  All you have to do is submit a card you make using a Doodle Pantry image and this darling set will be yours for free.  How fun is that!

Beach Time

Enjoying a day off work and crafting!  Yeah!  The card I just finished is using the digital set from Clear Dollar Stamps called Mini Summer Trio.  We don't have many beaches in Iowa just around the lakes but I just loved this sentiment with the image!

What Floats Your Goat?

Yep, you read that right. =)  Isn't this just a darling stamp?!?  It makes me smile.  This funny adorable goat is part of one of the new digital sets from Doodle Pantry called Float Yer Goat.  You gotta check it out!  It comes with 2 different images, 6 sentiments, 3 different papers, they all come in outline or colored.  Something more exciting is this set is free right now with any Doodle Pantry purchase!

This isn't my style at all but I did have fun making this card.  I have to tell you though those orange dots are calling for pearls to be placed in the center of them. I guess that's how my cards progress they call to me. =) I used several Stampin' Up items that I purchased a while back for this card.  I used the stamp set Family Reunion for the sentiments.  The flower pots and leaves are from the stamp Packed For Mom.  I also used the Adorning Accents Edgelits and the embossing folder that goes with it.  The flower buttons are also from Stampin' Up.  How fun to use the stuff you have been holding on to.
