New Digital Stamps at Digital Delights

Oh Goodness Crafters! Can you believe how totally adorable this new digital stamp is from Digital Delights?!? He is just the sweetest little boy ever! Today is the day that Digital Delights are releasing the new stamps! I just love these days. The stamp I received to show you is called "Praying Boy" and the sentiment is from the "Bedtime Prayers Sentiment Set". This adorable praying boy also has a praying sister. She is so sweet also!

I always loved my boys in footie pj's and because of that I just loved coloring these. Remember the smell of freshly bathed kids in their jamers - nothing like it! =) To see all the new sets that are being released today hop on over the Digital Delights by Louby Loo. Digital Release Day for Doodle Pantry!

Yeah!! It's digi release day for Doodle Pantry. You are totally going to love all the sets this month! Well, I love them all. =) The set I get to show you is called "Football Helmet". Now, remember this is an American company so our "Football" is different than the rest of the world "Football". In my house we have two Kansas City Chief football fans and one Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan. This set is just too cool! The football helmet comes plain or in color. I went on the Kansas City Chiefs website to see how their helmets look. This is as close as I will ever get but when I showed my husband I got a "Wow, that's really cool".

So give it your best shot. Go to your teams website and see what you can do for your biggest football fan. Oh, yeah the football and sentiment also comes with the set. If you know anything about American football and what is going on this coming weekend you will understand why this is the sentiment that was perfect for the Chiefs season this year. =) No championship, no playoffs, no super bowl this year for our team. Happy Sunday everyone! Hope you are having a wonderful day. I have a project for you today that I have been working on for my Granddaughters. The stamp is a new one from Digital Delights. She is called Angel Donita Topper. Such a sweet face! Both of my girls are still young so being a grandma I am afraid to give them any candy with nuts so they are getting York Peppermint Patties. They are in the shape of a snowflake and wrapped individually. You can see one in the background. =)

One of my girls has red hair and the other one has brown so that is the reason for the hair difference. These are the challenges I am putting this project into:

Paper Pieced Flurry the Snowman

Look at this little guys adorable face! So sweet! This is Flurry the Snowman he is a digital stamp from Digital Delights. When you purchase him his coat, scarf, and hat all have a design on them. I didn't want to use that so I printed the same image of Flurry on the wrong side of the blue and orange. Then I cut those pieces out and pieced them on Flurry. I did have to draw a few lines and you have no idea how nervous I was to do that. Even drawing lines is hard for me. No artist here.

Well, thanks for all the help! I downloaded Google Chrome and things seem to be going better. Did you ever think you would see a card have some totally adorable sheep spelling out "I Love U". How fun is this! This is a new set from Doodle Pantry and they are called "Sheep Alphabet". Not only does the alphabet come with this set but numbers. This just makes me happy.

It's Digital Release day at Clear Dollar Stamps!

Today is digi release day over at Clear Dollar Stamps. As you can see I am still having problems with blogger so hopefully we can get through this. As you can see that nothing on my post is linked back - that is one thing I can't do now. Good grief!! The card above is using the set called "Loving Critters". I just thought the beaver was just darling. The balloon is blank and you can add one of the sentiments that comes in the set if you choose or just leave the balloon blank. It is cute both ways.

The next card I have to show you is using the set called "We Go Together". How fun is this! This set is a must have! It is just so fun! Toasty Bears

With the past four days doing the product parade for Clear Dollar Stamps I am having challenge withdrawls! =) So I had a couple of free hours this morning and thought I would take advantage of that! This adorable stamp is a digital set from Clear Dollar Stamps. It has been out a couple months but I haven't used it. The set is called "Toasty Bears". I was afraid to get coloring these two adorable bears. I think it was because the color version of this set is just beautiful and I knew I couldn't do it justice. So I just did my own take on it and I had a good time. Because I have been away from the challenges for so long I have entered this in a lot of challenges.

Last day of the Product Parade from Clear Dollar Stamps!

Wow, can you believe it?!? Today, is the last day of the product parade from Clear Dollar Stamps. Haven't all the sets just been wonderful!! Now today I am showing off the sets you can earn for free! Gotta love free stamp sets! The first card I made shows off the set "Mini Verses". This set has 7 verses in it. They are mini just like the title but sometimes you only want a small sentiment.
The second card I have for you is using the set called "Winter Bear". How sweet is this bear and his little friend.

The last card in the parade is the set I have been showing you all these four days. I really had a fun time with this set. There is just so much you can do with this one. The set is called "Sweet Heart". For this card I again used the heart and made a shaker card. I just love this set and you can have it for free.

Day 3 of the Product Parade from Clear Dollar Stamps!

Are you ready for this? Today I have 6 different cards to show you from Clear Dollar Stamps. All the these cards have scripture on them. That is the basic theme for todays post. =) The first card is showing off the set titled "Walk By Faith". I totally love this shoe! I have always loved polka dots to this is right up my alley. I think we all need a pair of hot pink and black shoes. Wearing these shoes would just make the day better. =)
My next card is using the stamp "Ark of Faith". This is just darling. Look at all those cute animals.

This card is featuring the scripture verse "Psalm 46:10". I just love this verse. Life moves to quickly and at times I need to be reminded just to slow down and be still.

The next card I have to show you is using the stamp set called "Eternity". This set includes three stamps. I did use another stamp on the inside but I thought you had enough pictures to see today.This next card is featuring the stamp "God is Love". I also used the die set from Clear Dollar Stamps called "Elegant Accents Die".

My last card for today to show you is using the stamp "Psalm 37:23". I just had to use the shoe again from the set "Walk by Faith". The scripture talks about our steps so I thought it worked perfectly. Oh yeah, I need this set of shoes too.

Day 2 of the Product Parade from Clear Dollar Stamps!

Are you ready for some more new releases from Clear Dollar Stamps?!? Yeah, let's get this Product Parade off and running. I have four different cards to show you today so lets begin. The first card is featuring the "Cute as a Button" stamps. This stamp can be used for so many different things. The spaceship was part of the paper that I used to make this card.
My next card for today is showing off the stamp set called Dahlia. This set comes with 6 different stamps. The large flower and the flower bud. I used the bud on each side of the flower.

On the next card I used the stamp set titled "Josephine Clematis". What a beautiful flower. I had to google this flower to see what colors the bloom in. I totally fell in love with the dark colors and decided to try and copy that.

My last card for today is showing off the set "You Lift Me Up". How adorable is this! This cute stamps comes with 5 different sentiments. It was hard to choose which fun sentiment to use. This stamp set is just so sweet!

Today is a fun day for me. Today I was asked to be a guest designer for Corrosive Challenge. How fun so I totally had to say "YES". =) For this challenge they want to "Ring in the new year!" We would love to see something new on your project. I have this new stamp from Doodle Pantry and the sentiment was perfect. The set is called "Vintage Phone".

Day 1 of the Clear Dollar Stamp Releases!

It's day 1 of the Product Parade for Clear Dollar Stamps. Today they are releasing several new stamps. The first one I am showing you is a set called "Toucan of Love" with this set you will receive both of these totally adorable Toucans. I used another stamp for the sentiments that is also new this month and it is called "Tou-can pray".
To show off the next stamp I made a treat holder. Using the milk cartoon idea from the Clearly iStamp blog. This stamp is called "Vallentine John 3:16". I also used the heart from another set that will be released on day 4. So you are getting a sneak peak of that one. =)

My next card is showing off the stamp "Psalm 116:1". A beautiful love scripture verse.

My next card is showing the scripture stamp "John 15:12". Reminding us to love each other.

The next card shows off the "Romans 5:8" scripture stamp. Reminds us how Christ died for us even though we are sinners.

Now on the next card I have also used the same heart as above on the treat box. Yep, another sneak peak of that heart. =) The scripture on the card below is called "Luke 12:34". The scripture talks about our hearts so I couldn't resist using that heart.

The last card I have to show you today is using the scripture "Deuteronomy 6:5". Talking about our love for God.

Can you believe Valentines Day will be here before we even know what happened! Crazy! Today the weather was over 60 degrees in Iowa! That's right! We opened the windows in the house it was great to hear all the motorcycles riding around. It felt like spring here. I even got to spend some time with one of the Granddaughters outside blowing bubbles. Love that, lots of giggles and sticky fingers! WooHoo! New digi stamps from Doodle Pantry!! I am so excited about the set I am showing off to start the new year. You might recognize the duck he is from the set called "Ducky Duck" isn't he just a doll?!? Well, the set I am showing off is the set called "Winter Accessories". The the hat and the scarf is added to Ducky to make is all warm for winter. =) This set is incredible!! We have to check it out, scarves, hats, mittens, ear muffs, and a shawl plus this perfect sentiment. I use the PNG files and work my images in Word. They are so easy to overlay.

Doodle Pantry Bookmarks

Hi everyone! I have a fun project I did this evening to show you. These are bookmarks made using the set called "Critter Tops" from Doodle Pantry. There are seven animals in the set, I did not use the ants. I used the outline set but there is also a colored set of the same images.
Here is a closer picture of the Birdie and the Turtle.

At Try It On Tuesday challenge they wanted us to alter something from Christmas wrapping. I didn't have anything like that but I did alter a Christmas project. I purchased this set of wooden bookmarks from Hobby Lobby when they were 50% off just before Christmas. You can see in the picture below how they look. My original idea was to pop off the wooden faces on the bookmarks and then just use the bottom. But, there was three different faces and they were all 1 1/2 X 1 1/2 inches so I left those all on and cut a piece of scratch paper the same size and then drew that around my animals so they are nice and sturdy on the wooden bookmarks.

I also laminated the Doodle Pantry images. I used double sided tape to get them to stay on the wooden Christmas faces of the bookmarks. At Crafty Sentiments they wanted to see bookmarks and that is where this idea all grew from. At Party Time Tuesday they are having an anything goes challenge so I am submitting these into that one also. The set came with 12 bookmarks so I have 6 more to make and then I will be sending them to the hospitals for the kids from Send A Smile 4 Kids. Aren't these going to be just darling peeking over the top of a book. =) Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope you have a wonderful week!

Big Wipeout!

Since we are celebrating our family Christmas tomarrow I had lots of time to play today. I am going to try and get some scrapbooking done this next year. Now with grandbabies running around I need to try and keep up with their books. I took these pictures just hours after Madi's first big wipeout. It happened with her mommy and I was so glad for that. I would have felt so bad if it would have happened at my house. This girl is always so much on the go that this kind of thing is bound to happen.
I had to laugh though because December is such a busy month for picture taking. Oh well, memories! =) The layout for this scrapbook page came from the challenge "Pencil Lines". Thanks for stopping by and make some wonderful memories of your own.

Birthday Gift Card Holder

For our boys and their girlfriends for birthdays we give gift certificates to the gas station. Funny, we didn't do that this year for one of our boys and he was so disappointed. So back to giving them free gas for their vehicles. So it doesn't get much easier than that! On the 20th our Granddaughters mom is having a birthday. I found this great tutorial for this totally adorable gift card holder on the Clearly iStamp blog. It took me longer to pick out the paper that I wanted to use than it took to make this. It was so easy! Give it a try today. The fun circle stamp is from Clear Dollar Stamps. It is called Cupcake Birthday Tag. I stamped the cupcake twice so it is layered. All you do is untie the bow and the gift card is inside. Cassie made these for Christmas gifts so I just changed the theme. Thanks for the inspiration Cassie!! =)

Digi Day at Clear Dollar Stamps

WooHoo it's Digi Day for December at Clear Dollar Stamps!! Yeah!! I have two sets to show off today. There are 13 sets that are being released this month. That is lucky #13! They are all just adorable. The first set I used is called "Snowman Wishes". There are 14 stamps in this set. I used the PNG stamps and combined two of the snowpeople with the sentiment below. =) I totally love the orange with the blue on this card.
The second set I used is called "The Light of Winter". With so much of winter left I thought this was really a beautiful set. The set comes with 5 stamps. I just love the sentiment I choose to use on this card. It is something we all need to think about.

Did you have a Lava Lamp? I wasn't lucky enough to so I made sure my boys did. Madi's Birthday Card

Tomarrow is Madi Boo's birthday. She is our youngest granddaughter and I can not remember how the "Boo" got added to her name but it has stuck and now that is just who she is. She repeats it and just cracks us all up. We are going to celebrate next Sunday by having a birthday party at a kid's inside playground. She has no idea it is her birthday so we are having the party when it is convenient for everyone. We figured we could get away this it this year but next year she will know more what it going on. =) For her card I am using the Doodle Pantry Balloon Ants and Turtle Hello. I used the PNG files so I could combine the two sets. How fun. You can see by the tag I am no artist. I struggled making the "1st". Oh well!

Antique Ornament

Hi all. I thought I would show you what I am sending my Grandparents for a Christmas card this year. My grandpa is 90 and my grandma is 91. They still live in their own apartment and do pretty well on their own. My parents go and play cards with them every afternoon. That must be wierd having your retired son and daughter-in-law come for the afternoon. They all just crack me up! If you feel old some days just think about that. They are both so cute! The set I used for their card is from Clear Dollar Stamps called Antique Ornaments. They don't set up a tree anymore so they will enjoy this ornament.

Inchies Treat Holder

Hi everyone! I have a totally adorable idea to show you today. First of all, I saw this idea at Dawn's Stamping Studio. But, she is a Stampin' Up Lady and I don't have the punches she used so I had to improvise. I will let you know farther down the dimentions I used. But, if you are interested in the project check her blog out first to see basically how it is put together.
Above are the closed boxes. Now keep in mind that the "Jesus" square on top of the box is a 1inch square. So these things are tiny. The stamp set I used on this project is from Clear Dollar Stamps. The set is called Christmas Inch Stamps.This next picture shows them in their stages of opening. You lift the ribbon and out pops a Starburst treat.

Now above is me holding the box open. These are my dimentions - For the box I used a strip 1 1/4 inch by 5 3/8 inches. I scored at 1 1/4, 2 1/2, 3 3/4, then 5. The bottom and top (this is where she used one of the punches I didn't have) is a 2 1/4 inch square. I then took that square and scored 1/2 inch on all four sides. I cut the corners to make that piece foldable. Also, I didn't have any of the Window Sheet she was talking about. You will need a hard piece of plastic, I cut apart one of my Spellbinders plastic containers. I also do not have any of the other punches she used to decorate the box. I just used the stamp set and cut around the frame, for the inside circle my punch was a 1 inch circle. I say just use whatever you have in your room and have a great time! 1st Day of Christmas

I do have to say I am glad we don't celebrate 12 days of Christmas. I don't think I could afford what they say these 12 days cost. I heard someone talking about it the other day on the radio. =) But, we can all afford the 12 Days of Christmas over at Doodle Pantry. This set has so many possibilities! The 12 Days of Christmas set also comes in color with digital papers to match.. I have used the black and white set three times and my three cards are totally different. The layout from this card is from Card Positioning Systems. Over at All Sorts they wanted a circle project so this worked out fun.
I made it an easel card to fit into the Glitter Fairies challenge. At Come and Get It they wanted to see any kind of Christmas project. Ok you got me this isn't a self-portrait. If I could do a hand stand I would. But --- well, that just wouldn't be wise. Do you need a quick treat idea? These little cuties can be made in just a few quick minutes - no joking! They are called Diamond Shaped Ornaments from Split Coast Stampers. The little tags are made from a die set from Clear Dollar Stamps called Designer Label Die Set. The stamps are also from Clear Dollar Stamps. The stamps are called Christmas Inchies.

Hi All, my mom is a HUGE shoe freak so this will be put aside just for her. I can't believe the Christmas season is already here. To celebrate today I choose to use one of the birds from the Branch Birds with the Santa Accessories. I always love the animals from Doodle Pantry. The faces just make me so happy and this bird surely does that. I'm stepping out of my comfort zone of my 5.5 X 5.5 inch size cards and made my first Center Step card. I had a blast doing it too! At the Come and Get It challenge that is what they wanted to see this week. I just about passed it up and I'm really glad I didn't. They are really easy to do so give it a try this week.
At CRAFT this week they wanted to see an unusual Christmas card. That is one reason I choose this summer bird image and thought it would be perfect to color him the summer green color. Boy Birthday Card

Get Well?

I gotta tell you I was chuckling to myself the whole time I was making this card. My husband has a friend that was just diagnosed as a Type I diabetic. He is in the hospital now getting regulated. I wanted to make an adult get well card. I knew right away I wanted to use one of the nurse images from Bugaboo Stamps. They are all so funny. I was surprised at the image he picked out. This one is called Nurse Margaret - Joking. It must be a guy thing when he saw this one he got a big smile and said "that's the one!". That made me laugh too. The snaping of the rubber gloves makes all men nervous I think. =) I know his friend will love it too!

Are you as shocked as I am about the calander?!? Wow, I really need to keep up with time. We have been away working and then I really loose track of my days. Well, it's already Thanksgiving week so to celebrate I made a card using the totally adorable Quirky Turkey from Doodle Pantry. I just love how he looks like he is dancing! Laurie does such a great job with the Quirky Collection I just love them all. I paper pieced him all together which is so much fun to do and really easy when it is digital. Just run several different pieces of paper through your printer then the hard decision is what paper to use for what part.

Happy Saturday! Today at Send A Smile 4 Kids we are starting a new challenge. Well, a new challenge but with the same theme. "Holiday Wishes" right now we are collecting all kinds of Christmas cards for the kids. We would love for every child that is sick in the hospital over Christmas to receive a handmade card. New Digital Stamps from Clear Dollar Stamps

Yeah, it's digi day at Clear Dollar Stamps! We have lots of fun new stamp sets available this month and you will "need" them all believe me! The first card I have to show you today is using the "Twelve Days Of Christmas" stamp. All of the images from the Twelve days on there. Go through the song in your head and you will see them all. If you are like me though you will have to start on the last verse of the song. It starts - or ends with 12 Drummers drumming, 11 Pippers Pipping, 10 Lords a leaping, 9 Ladies dancing, etc.
Did you see them all? Now, make sure you sing the whole song so it is out of your head. Lol. The next card I have for you is using the "I Believe!" stamp. Isn't this fun too, great for a childs card. The jingle bells on the side of the card even make noise. I purchased them at Hobby Lobby in the Christmas section.

Our first blog hop ever! How fun! We are showing off the new set "12 Days of Christmas". If you have come from Lorie A's blog than you are on the right track. Have you meet Eddie the Elf? He was new last year from Digital Delights. He is just so cute I had to color him again for this year. At the Delightful Challenge they wanted to see a sparkle Christmas project. I knew he would work great. The layout is from Christmas Challenge.
At Charisma Cardz they wanted to see a cutie. Paper Play is looking for buttons. At CCEE wanted to see 4 of each embellishments I used four buttons and bells. Christmas Cutie

This adorable penguin is part of a new digital stamp set from Clear Dollar Stamps. Well, the set was new in October but this is the first time I have been able to color him up. The set is called "Christmas Cuties" you will receive 4 images and 7 sentiments. You can also get a colored set with digital papers. He just makes me smile! =) The layout for this card came from IC Sketches. They wanted this layout with a Christmas theme. At Clear It Out they wanted us to make a card with our favorite holiday - mine is Christmas.

Digi Release Day for Doodle Pantry

WooHoo! The first of the month means new digital stamps at Doodle Pantry. Boy, do we have a super fun release today for all of you! We have 8 brand new sets being released today and two older sets are now being offered to purchase in color. Plus, we have a new set that we are holding until the Doodle Pantry Challenge which is on the 5th of the month. So much new stuff your head is going to spin. =)
The card I made for today is showing off two different digital sets. First of all I used the new Quirky Donkey, isn't he just adorable! I used the outline set but he also comes in a colored version. Then I used the Christmas Wreath Accents set. With this set you will receive a whole wreath but to put it around his neck you will use the partial wreath. Laurie made the partial wreath so it can be used on several of the animals. How fun is that! To see all the other new sets for the month you can hop on over to the Doodle Pantry store. Are you having a happy day? I sure am!! Today I mailed three boxes of cards off to Chrildrens Hospitals in my area. In the three boxes combined there was 93 cards for the kids. How wonderful is that! Do you ever have one of those "Duh" moments? Well, I have to admit, I do quite often. =) When I first looked at this image from Doodle Pantry I thought oh how cute. Then today I went back to use it and "Duh" just realized this little birdie wasn't building a snowman she is building a snowbird! Now, that just makes me giggle! How totally cute is that! Do caramel apples remind you of fall? They do me. When my boys were young we always made caramel apples every fall. I'm not a spider gal but this little guy is totally adorable! He is part of a new digital stamp set from Clear Dollar Stamps this month. The set is called Spider Greetings. He is safe inside a shaker box so he just isn't as scary. =) The layout for this card came from Sweet Sketch Wednesday challenge. At Truely Scrumptious they wanted to see a shaker box.
Clear It Out Challenge wanted us to use trims, that means ribbon and I thought this one was perfect. At My Time to Craft they wanted to see a punch or die. Hello everyone! Today I made a tall card to show you. This card fits inside a legal size envelope. It is 9X7 1/2. Folded the card is 3 3/4 X 9. They are fun to decorate and this size worked fun with two different challenges today. The totally adorable Daisy Hot Air Balloon and the Happy Birthday sentiment is from Clear Dollar Stamps. I used a piece of black wire to connect the basket on the balloon and the sentiment.

For my card for the hop I used two older sets. You know the saying oldies but goodies! Underneath this ghost costume is an adorable dog. He is from the Dog Days set. Then his costume, pumpkin bag, and the sentiment are with the Dog Days Celebrations set. With the celebrations set you can have you puppy celebrating a birthday, easter, halloween, or even Christmas. Corn Candy Ants

Better keep a watch on your candy bowl! Another adorable ant image from Doodle Pantry. This one is called Corn Candy Ants. I was looking at the Doodle Pantry store and saw there are 38 ant stamp sets. I knew there were a lot but I was shocked how many totally adorable ant sets Laurie has created. You can see by the stitching I was playing with my new Sewing tools from We R Memory Keepers. I need some more practice on working the wheel and not letting my paper move. So you will be seeing more from that. =) Anyway, the layout for this card came from 2 Sisters, they wanted us to use the sketh and make is halloween.
At the Copic challenge and One Stop Craft Challenge they also wanted to see halloween fun. Over at Just Us Girls they wanted us to use orange, black, and green, and purple. Digital stamp release day at Clear Dollar Stamps

Yeah, it's digi day! Clear Dollar Stamps is releasing their digis today. Twelve new sets are being released today and I am showing off two of them. The first card is using the Year Round Calendar stamp set. You will receive all twelve months and each stamp has an image at the bottom to go with the month. How fun is this!
I am submitting the October card into the Poodles Parlour challenge they wanted to see halloween. At Pattie's Creations and Card Makin' Mamas they both also wanted to see halloween.
The second set I am showing off today is the Autumn Critters stamp set. Owls are huge this year so you won't want to be left out. Plus, he is such a cutie. With this set you will receive four stamps and four sentiments. In the set the owl is perched on a branch so I had to cut his off of that and perch him on the pumpkins. The pumpkins were just so cute I had to use those too. The set is also available to purchase already colored with a paper pack to match.

Teen Girls challenge for Send A Smile 4 Kids

Teen girls is the theme for the challenge for the rest of the month at the Send A Smile 4 Kids challenge. So join in the fun. We have a new sponsor this challenge and I used one of their free images. Isn't this bear just darling she has such a sweet face. The image is from Cuddly Buddly, I had never even heard of their stamps and let me tell you - they are all just as darling as the cutie is.
The layout and colors are from the Tuesday Morning Sketchs. Over at Jellypark Friends Challenge they wanted us to add a little pink. You just never know what these funny little ants from Doodle Pantry are going to be up to. I just love the creativity that comes from Laurie at Doodle Pantry. This image just makes me smile. This set is called Candy Cane Ants it is a new set just released at the beginning of October. This set also comes colored with two digital papers to match. Robot Fun!

Lots of fun news to share with you today and this little guy is celebrating! We have added three new Children's Hospitals at the Send A Smile 4 Kids! We are adding two in Iowa and one in South Dakota. I'm really excited about that because that means more kids that we can cheer up. This cutie is an image I won from Meljen's stamps. He is called Robbie the Robot. Boy cards are always easier for me to create, not too sure why. The layout for this card came from Dutch Dare. Can you believe it's the middle of October?!? Crazy huh!! This little cutie witch in orange and purple is from Digital Delights. She is called Lillybelle the witch. I couldn't resist putter her in purple. The layout for this card came from Sweet Sketch Wednesday.
