Halloween Fun

Happy Sunday everyone!  Hope yours is beautiful.  This afternoon I made this fun halloween card.  The image is from Bugaboo and is called Halloween Peeker - Ghost.  That swirl on the top of his head reminds me of Cool Whip on pie.  Weird huh. =)  The other night I went shopping and purchased this new punch set from Martha Stewart.  Creepy crawly spiders, perfect for halloween cards.  I sewed the ribbon on by hand and really enjoyed that I'm not sure why I don't do that more often.
I would like to submit this card into these challenges:
Come and Get It - Sketch
Corrosive Challenge - Halloween
Pile It On - For a Child
Robyn's Fetish - Sewing
Totally Gorjuss - Punch and die
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you enjoy your day!

What a fun announcement for me!  I just love Bugaboo stamps and to be a guest designer is sure fun!  This is the freebie friday image.  Her name is Ginger Girl.  Isn't she just adorable.  Love the big bow on her ginger head.  On the right side of my card I found some tiny cookie cutters in with my buttons.  Then I also found the perfect buttons for her jacket. I hope you all come on over to Bugaboo and grab this little cutie for yourself.  Also, check out all the new stamps and don't miss the sale ones! =)

Guest Designer at Digital Delights

I was so excited to be asked to be a guest designer over at Digital Delights!  Have you seen this set at Digital Delights?  They all come together and are called Potion Labels.  I used them to decorate the juice boxes above.  I will be having some special trick-or-treaters this year and this will be one of the things they are given.

As you can see I taped the straw back onto the back of the box for them to use.  At first I wasn't happy with the colors of the boxes so I did my best to cover all that.  Although the red and green would be perfect for Christmas treats. I think this is just so much fun!  How adorable these would be sitting on a table for kids at a party.  I gotta make sure I get pictures of them drinking out of these scary drink boxes. =)

I would like to submit this project into these challenges:
City Crafter - Halloween
Clear It Out - Child

Piles of Smiles

Today I really took a look at my craft room and wondered "how on earth did I get all this stuff"?  Do you feel the same way?  =)  Just the other day I purchased a ton more 8 1/2 X 11 paper - you know why - so I don't use up all  my 12 X 12 paper!?!?!  WHAT!!  Crafters are crazy - I'm sure of that now. Anyway, away from the addiction thing and on to the fun thing.  This afternoon I made a card with the digital set from Clear Dollar Stamps called Piles of Smiles.  Aren't these kiddo's cute.  They come separately in the set but I combined then in word.  I also flipped the girl image.

Yeah, it's September release day for Clear Dollar Stamps!  This is always such a fun day of the month for us.  I have two different cards to show you today.  For the first card I am using the digital stamp set called Wedding.  This card was so simple to make but it is so beautiful in person.  This set has so many different pieces with it.  You will be amazed what you can do.
My second card is using the set titled Ornament Sentiments.  This is a very whimsical set so I decided to go just the opposite way.  I was going more for a classy look.  Just to show off the different kinds of looks you can do with such great creative sets.  I just love these Christmas bulbs.
Today all the new sets from Clear Dollar Stamps are for sale.  You can see all the sets at the Clearly iStamp blog.  Have a great day and I hope you will come on over and see all the new sets available.

Are you ready for a great sketch challenge?  I'm sure you are and I have the perfect one for you to join in!  Come on over to Try Stampin' On Tuesday.  Isn't this such a fun sketch.  The problem I had was what fun stamp to use with it. =)  The baby is from Clear Dollar Stamps.  It is a digital set and called Baby Blessings.  I didn't use any sentiment so it could be used for new baby or 1st birthday.
I would also like to submit this card into the Stampin' Sisters in Christ challenge, they are looking for bright colors.  Thanks for stopping by and I hope you will come on over and join in this great sketch fun at Try Stampin' On Tuesday!

Happy Fall!

I had a great afternoon of crafting today.  It is so much fun just to relax and create.  I made a card this afternoon combining two very different sets from Doodle Pantry.  The sheep is from a set called Heart Sheep and the sentiment is from the set Pumpkin Birdie.  I am happy with how it turned out.
As you can see in the photo below.  This is how the Heart Sheep stamp looks.  The sheep is throwing hearts up in the air and sitting in a pile of hearts.  Well, I needed fall leaves.  So I colored all the hearts with green so I didn't have to worry about the white showing through.  I then punched out a ton of leaves and started gluing.  It turned out great.
I would like to submit this card into these challenges:
Sketch Saturday - Sketch
Sentimental Sunday - Humor
2 Sisters - Fall
All Sorts - Layers  (of leaves)
One Stop - No floral embellishments
Chocolate, Coffee, and Cards - Down on the farm (if I had a farm I would want sheep like these)
Raise the Bar - Fall
Just Inspiration - Photo - Fall
The Perfect Sentiment - An occasion, an animal, and a sentiment
Hope this made you smile today.  Maybe even gave you an idea of how you alter your stamp sets.

Lil Lilybelle

Cute Little Lilybelle Witch is from last years Halloween release from Digital Delights but she is just so darn cute I had to use her again this year.  The little brad in the corner says "Happy Halloween" it is hard to read with the glare on it.
I would like to submit this card into these challenges:
Dutch Dare - Sketch
CRAFT - Photo (castle)
Pals Paper Arts - Purple, green, and orange
Sarah Hurley - Magical
Corrosive - Mystical
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you enjoy your Sunday!
