Butterfly for Mother's Day

This beautiful butterfly for Mother's Day is a digital stamp from Clear Dollar Stamps called New Butterfly. The sentiment came from a clear stamp set called A Godly Mother. My mom loves butterflies so this card will be for her. The layout for this card came from IC Sketches.

Summer Fun!

Don't the adorable images from Doodle Pantry just make you laugh. I just love all of her characters. This set is called Firecracker Bugs. The sketch for this card came from Creative Sketches. They also wanted us to use the sketch to make a card for a holiday. This set was just released this month from Doodle Pantry and I hadn't used it yet so this worked out perfectly. At Fab 'n Funky they wanted to see red, white, and blue.
At Pals Paper Arts they wanted us to use buttons. Finally, over at the ABC Challenge this week they are using "T" for trouble. This looks like trouble to me! =) Thanks for stopping by and I hop you smiled seeing this card.

Spring Rain

Isn't this image just too sweet! The image is from K 'n K Designs and titled Spring Rain. I just love it. At All Sorts Challenge they wanted to see an april showers card. This is perfect.
At Totally Gorjuss they wanted to see bling. At Craft your Passion they wanted to see layers. Over at Crazy Challenge they want to see at least 3 papers. My Time to Craft Challenge wants to see a pet. At Tuesday Throwdown they wanted to see brads or eyelets. I have added 6 white velvet brads in the corners. The sketch came from Diva Coffee Break Challenge. Finally, the color combo of pink, yellow, and green came from Creative Inspirations. Happy Monday Challenge

It's monday - which means it's time for the Happy Monday Challenge. Yeah! This week our challenge for you is to make a card or project for an elderly person. My grandparents love birds - so this is going to them. The set I used is called My Life is Blessed. This is really a beautiful stamp. I printed it three times so I could have three flowers for my card.
The layout for this card is from Card Patterns. At Fussy & Fancy they wanted to see a springtime project. At the Corrosive Challenge they wanted to see an animal on our project. Super Sweet Birdie

Super Birdie to the birthday rescue! Let me introduce you to this sweet little birdie named "Super Birdie". How funny is this. A birdie with a cape. Too cute! =) This stamp set is a new addition to Doodle Pantry this month. Laurie has this adorable little guy doing all kinds of fun things and now - Super Birdie.


I figured since I was doing this fun new image I needed to try a shaped card. This is the first circle card I have ever made. This week at Stampin' Sisters in Christ they are looking for round cards. At Crafty Pad they are looking for circles. At Stamp, Scrap, and Doodle they wanted to see a tag. Finally, at Crafty Catz Challenge they wanted to see a childrens project. Mother's Day

I thought I would get a jump on Mother's Day cards this year. It was perfect that the Stampin B's challenge wanted to see a Mother's day project. I used the new stamp set from Clear Dollar Stamps called A Godly Mother. The sentiment I added inside the card is also from the set. My mom will love this card.
At CCEE they wanted to see pleated ribbon or paper. I pleated my ribbon and placed a pearl inside the pleats. The sketch for this card came from Pals Paper Arts challenge. At Cooking it up with Katie they wanted to see something for a lady, add a flower and some pink. At CRAFT they wanted to see flowers on our project. New Releases at Doodle Pantry

It's the 20th which means, new releases and a new challenge for Doodle Pantry. For this challenge we want to see buttons! Can you see any on my card? =) I decided to grab the bull by the horns and embrase the buttons. I had a great time making this card. The buttons are all handsewn on with black DMC floss.
The sentiment is from a new set being release this week from Doodle Pantry. The set is called Merciful and Good. With this set you will receive seven different sentiments. Pop Up Easter fun!

What a fun card. Have you ever tried a pop up card? If not, here is the link. Give it a try today and when you do make sure you enter it into the Tuesday Morning Sketch challenge. That is were I got the link and decided to try this card. It was really easy and it's always fun to try something new. The stamp set I used today is from Clear Dollar Stamps. It is called "You're Eggs-traordinary". This is really a sweet set, it comes with three fun eggs and four sentiments.
You pull the ribbon on the top of the card, the eggs slide, and a secret message is displayed. I think I might try this for a child's birthday card. =) My wheels are just turning! If you pull the ribbons more you have space to write a little note to someone.

Digital Stamp release day for Clear Dollar Stamps

Hi everyone! Yeah it's digi release day for Clear Dollar Stamps. This month they are releasing four digi sets. Do you remember the puppy from last month's release? Well, this is the fun Kitty. Easter Challenge at Tellen's Place

Happy Friday everyone! Today over at Tellen's Place we are having an Easter Challenge. I'm sure most of you are already making Easter cards. So you might as well join in the challenge with us! =) The image I used is a new one from Tellen's Place for Easter. Isn't this little guy so cute-handsome. =) Love his hair, a tipical boy! I am also submitting the card into the Corrosive Challenge, that is where I got the layout from. At CRAFT, Creative Inspiration, Sisterhood of Crafters, Little Red Wagon, and Hand Stamped all wanted to see Easter projects. At Crafty Creations they wanted to see paper piecing, I layered the grass cutout from Sizzix and the eggs are from a punch. Have a wonderful crafty day!

Product Parade Day 4 for Clear Dollar Stamps

Today is the last day for the Product Parade from Clear Dollar Stamps. I really have enjoyed this way of showing our new stamps off. I hope you have too. The first card today I am showing you the new set "Thanks for Helping me Bloom". What a fun sentiment to add to any flower stamp set. I used the set "Everyday Jar-Gon". The next card in my parade today is showing you the set called "Bunny Kids". With this set you get four different bunnies and eleven sentiments. The posibilities are endless!
When I was working on this card it brought back memories of ordering my wedding cake. Boy we didn't have any cakes to choose from that looked like this one. This set is called simply "Wedding Cake"

Day 3 Product Parade from Clear Dollar Stamps

Today everything in the parade is for the guys in our lives. All of these stamp sets are available right now at Clear Dollar Stamps. The first set I have to show you is called "For Our Men". This is a sentiment set and I choose the "brother" from the set. I combined it with the set called "On the Road Again". The set "For Our Men" is a wonderful addition to any male card. The next stamp I am showing you is called "Wheely Great Dad". This simple yet totally adorable stamp is combined with the set called "At The Races". All the ideas that come to mind of how to use this new stamp are just endless.
The last stamp set in the product parade today is a set called "Father's Day". How funny is this grill! I just loved it. You have to see this set in full and will totally fall in love with it!

Product Parade Day 2 for Clear Dollar Stamps!

Yeah for Day 2 of the Product Parade! Today at Clear Dollar Stamps we are parading two different stamp sets. The first one I am showing off is called "A Godly Father". It is a sentiment set so I used the set called "Fishing Set". My dad loves to fish so this card will be perfect for him. He will love it. The second set I have on the parade route is the set called "A Godly Mother". I had a lot of fun making this card. All the flowers are from Prima.

New Stamps at Clear Dollar Stamps!

Starting this month we are showing our samples differently at Clear Dollar Stamps. We are not doing the sneak peaks before the month begins anymore. The samples will always start on the 7th of the month and the sets will become available for purchase on the 7th. I hope you like how this all works. I'm excited for it and think it will work great! The first card I have to show you is featuring the Tulip Wreath. With this set you will receive two images and two sentiments. I just love tulips and love how they come in every color. I think my next card they will be red. =) For my second card for today I am showing off the set called Lovely Women and I added it with the August flower of the month the Gladiola stamp set. I used the sentiment Grandmother from the new set Lovely Women. My grandmother used to grow Gladiolas so I know she will treasure this card made just for her.

Easter Cross

Hello, it sure is a beautiful sunday here in Iowa. I am enjoying it. Today I made a card using the new Cross Die set from Clear Dollar Stamps. I also used the Cross Messages stamp set and the Cross Messages Additions stamp set. They were all new just last month and these really stack up to be beautiful together. The layout for this card came from Paperworks Challenge. At Let's Ink It Up they wanted to see Easter. At both Crafty Pad and Paper Sundaes they wanted to see flowers.
